Apple Nut Custard Coffee Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
  3. Beat baking mix, 1/4 cup sugar, the milk and vanilla with spoon.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Spread in pan.
  6. Mix apples, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  7. Spoon over batter (do not mix).
  8. Beat whipping cream, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar just until smooth.
  9. Pour over apples.
  10. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  11. Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
