Kielbasa Dinner (Creamy Version)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Grease a 9x13 glass dish or similar sized casserole dish.
  3. Peel and cube potatoes, put them in the dish.
  4. Dice the onion and the carrots and add them to the dish.
  5. Cut up the kielbasa into pieces about the same size as the potatoes, add to dish.
  6. Sprinkle liberally with black pepper and garlic salt.
  7. In a seperate bowl, combine milk, cream soup and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
  8. Pour this over the other ingredients, stirring to incorporate.
  9. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  10. Remove the foil and sprinkle remaining half cup of cheese on top.
  11. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
