Kielbasa Dinner (Creamy Version)
- 1 whole Kielbasa
- 6 whole Potatoes, Cubed
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 4 whole Carrots, Chopped
- 1- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Or Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Grease a 9x13 glass dish or similar sized casserole dish.
- Peel and cube potatoes, put them in the dish.
- Dice the onion and the carrots and add them to the dish.
- Cut up the kielbasa into pieces about the same size as the potatoes, add to dish.
- Sprinkle liberally with black pepper and garlic salt.
- In a seperate bowl, combine milk, cream soup and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
- Pour this over the other ingredients, stirring to incorporate.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle remaining half cup of cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
