BBQ Chicken Wrap with Grilled Sweet Potatoes
- 2 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 2-1/4 cups BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 24 each whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 3 qt. romaine lettuce, chiffonade
- 3 cups tomatoes, diced
- 2 qt. sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced and grilled
- 24 pouches CAPRI SUN 100% Juice Fruit Punch
- For each serving: Toss 3 oz.
- chicken with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- barbecue sauce; spoon down center of 1 tortilla.
- Top with 1/2 cup lettuce and 2 Tbsp.
- tomatoes.
- Roll tightly; cut in half.
- Serve with 1/3 cup potatoes and fruit punch.
