BBQ Chicken Wrap with Grilled Sweet Potatoes

  1. For each serving: Toss 3 oz.
  2. chicken with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce; spoon down center of 1 tortilla.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup lettuce and 2 Tbsp.
  5. tomatoes.
  6. Roll tightly; cut in half.
  7. Serve with 1/3 cup potatoes and fruit punch.
