Caesar Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine shallots, garlic, dijon, anchovies, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil and tabassco.
  2. Whisk together and chill till ready to use.
  3. In a large bowl toss lettuce with dressing and add in parmesan cheese to coat.
  4. Add in lemon juice to taste and serve immediately.
