Caesar Vinaigrette Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced shallot
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 x anchovy, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 dsh Tabasco, or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 x baby romaine lettuce, cut, in, half, and, washed lemon juice, to taste
- In a large bowl, combine shallots, garlic, dijon, anchovies, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil and tabassco.
- Whisk together and chill till ready to use.
- In a large bowl toss lettuce with dressing and add in parmesan cheese to coat.
- Add in lemon juice to taste and serve immediately.
