Easy Mocha Mousse
- 12 lb semisweet chocolate
- 12 cup strong coffee
- 3 tablespoons Creme de Cacao
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 cup sugar
- Break chocolate in small pieces and melt in a small saucepan with coffee.
- Cool, then stir in creme de cacao and dry coffee.
- Whip cream, add sugar and beat until mexture holds its shape.
- Fold in chocolate and turn into 1 1/2 quart mold or souffle dish.
- Cover securely with aluminum foil and freeze.
