Homemade Fish Sticks

  1. Slice fish into 1 inch wide strips.
  2. Season fish with salt and dredge in flour.
  3. Dip fish strips in milk and coat in bread crumbs.
  4. Let coated strips dry for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat 2 inch of oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Fry strips until golden brown.
  7. Remove strips to paper towels to drain and season with salt
