Thanksgiving Wrap
- 1/4 cups Whole Cranberries (frozen Are Great)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 whole 10-12" Flour Tortilla
- 2 ounces, weight Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced
- 8 whole Baked Sweet Potato French Fries
- 1/2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Leftover Stuffing (if You Have It)
- In a small microwave safe bowl, place cranberries and honey.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
- Continue to cook cranberries until all of them have burst.
- Mix well.
- Onto your tortilla, layer cranberry sauce, sliced chicken, fries, spinach and stuffing (optional).
- Roll up the wrap and secure with a toothpick.
- Enjoy!
