Grilled Shrimp Italiano

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar and salad dressing mix in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope.
  2. Add shrimp; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  3. Thread shrimp and peppers on skewers.
  4. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side on greased grill over hot coals.
  5. Sprinkle with basil.
