Soft Gingerbread Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg, molasses and sour lowfat milk.
  2. Sift together flour, soda, ginger and salt.
  3. Add in to batter and mix well (makes a very soft batter).
  4. Refrigeratefor 1 hour.
  5. Roll 1/4" thick (only remove a little of batter from refrigerator, must be hard to be able to work with).
  6. Cut out with cutter and bake at 350 degrees till done.
  7. Will be soft.
  8. Frost when cold.
