Gansevoort Fizz

• Ice
• 2 ounces aged rum
• 1 ounce Drambuie
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes of bitters, preferably Peychaud's
• 2 ounces chilled club soda

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rum, Drambuie, lemon juice and bitters and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the club soda.
