Banana Bisque

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, except the bananas, and bring to a boil.
  2. Chill overnight if making ahead of time.
  3. When ready to serve, warm the bisque through and add the sliced bananas.
  4. Place ice cream or granite in the center of a shallow bowl and surround it with the warm bisque.
