Cantaloupe And Avocado Salad Recipe

  1. Combine cantaloupe, avocado and hearts of palm in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and chill for one hour.
  3. Place ingredients for dressing in a bowl, and whisk together.
  4. To toast almonds, drizzle with two Tbsp.
  5. melted butter, and bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.
  6. Tear lettuce into large, bite-size pcs, and line serving bowl.
  7. Spoon fruit into center.
  8. Pour dressing over fruit, and sprinkle with almonds.
