Vegan maple breakfast cookies

  1. Mix all ingredients until wet.
  2. The dough should form soft balls.
  3. If dough is too dry, add a tablespoon of almond milk.
  4. If it is to wet, add more oats.
  5. Place about 16 balls on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375F.
