Pork Chop A La Lu Recipe
- 4 pork chops
- Potatoes & carrots (as many as you desire), cut up
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Brown pork chops.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Combine potatoes, carrots, soup, water, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and add in this mix to pork chops.
- Cover and simmer till done, about 1 hour.
