Cheesy Breadcrumbs Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 10 slices cheddar cheese
- wheat flour, for coating
- breadcrumbs, for coating
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, to taste
- frying oil
- Lay the chicken in a chopping board and cut each chicken breast vertically to 5-6 parts.
- Cut each part horizontally so you can open them up like butterflies.
- Stuff the chicken parts with cheddar cheese, and then flip the chicken to close it and lock the cheese inside.
- Make sure each chicken part (with cheese stuffed on it) has already been neatly closed.
- Season with ground black pepper and sea salt.
- Roll the chicken parts in the wheat flour, until it is thoroughly coated.
- Continue rolling them in the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in frying pan, and when it is hot enough, fry the chicken until golden crisp.
- Serve.
