Mexican Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix chili powder, oregano, thyme, brown sugar, salt and pepper in bowl.
  2. Prepare grill with medium-hot coals or heat broiler.
  3. Lightly oil grill rack.
  4. Place rum in shallow dish.
  5. Add chicken to dish to coat with herb rub.
  6. Grill or broil 3 to 4 minutes per side to cook through.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
