Blueberry Sauce / Topping

• 2 cups fresh blueberries, washing
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 14 cup sugar
• 1 lemon, juice and zest of
• 18 teaspoon cinnamon
• 18 teaspoon cardamom
• 14 cup Grand Marnier or 14 cup orange juice

1. Place all but the Grand Marnier in a small pot and stir to blend cook for 4 minutes at which point will be thick.
2. Add the Grand Marnier stir and cool.
