Rocky Road Parfaits

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 2 cups cold skim milk
• 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
• 12 Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
• 2 Tbsp. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
2. Spoon 3/4 cup into medium bowl; gently stir in Cool Whip until blended.
3. Spoon remaining pudding into 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes; top with Cool Whip mixture.
4. Refrigerate 5 min.
5. Top with remaining ingredients.
