Rocky Road Parfaits
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 12 Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
- Spoon 3/4 cup into medium bowl; gently stir in Cool Whip until blended.
- Spoon remaining pudding into 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes; top with Cool Whip mixture.
- Refrigerate 5 min.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
