Corn and Avocado Salsa

  1. Saute corn, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper in vegetable oil for 6-8 minutes or until corn is golden.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add all other ingredients to mixture except avocado.
  4. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in avocado just before serving.
  6. Great with tortilla chips and/or corn chips.
