Zucchini With Sesame-Miso Sauce (Zukini No Goma Ankake)

  1. Blend ground sesame seeds, miso, and sake.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add zucchini slices and stir-fry until barely cooked.
  4. The zucchini should not become translucent.
  5. Divide zucchini slices among 4 small dishes.
  6. Top each mound with 1/4 of the sesame-miso sauce.
  7. Serve hot, and mix well before eating.
