Creamy Turkey And Pasta Primavera Recipe
- 1/2 of a (1 lb.) pkg. Creamette Mostaccioli
- Rigati, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 med. carrot, sliced
- 2 med. green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 med. red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounce. each) Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- In 4 qt saucepan, prepare Creamette Mostaccioli according to package directions; add in broccoli, carrot, green onions, and red pepper the last 5 min of cooking time.
- Drain.
- In same saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Add in Mostaccioli, vegetable mix and turkey.
- Over low heat, heat through, stirring often.
- 5 servings.
- Preparation time: 10 min, cook time: 25 min.
- Tip: Rotini may be substituted for the Mostaccioli Rigati
