Apple Cider a La Maxwell's Bar, Frankfurt

• 1 ounce creme de cassis
• 12 ounces apple cider
• 6 ounces club soda

1. Put ice in 2 tall glasses.
2. Pour 1/2 the creme de cassis over the ice in one glass and then the rest over the other.
3. Pour 6 oz.
4. of the apple juice and 3 oz.
5. of the soda over the ice too.
6. Stir and serve.
