Scary Skillet Shepherd's Pie

  1. Cook vegetables as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Stir in gravy; simmer 5 min.
  4. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Microwave cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  6. ; beat with whisk until blended.
  7. Gradually whisk in remaining milk and water.
  8. Microwave 2-1/2 min.
  9. or until hot, stirring after each minute.
  10. Stir in potato flakes and Parmesan until blended.
  11. Spoon into resealable plastic bag; cut one corner off bottom of bag.
  12. Remove 12 peas from mixed vegetables; stir remaining vegetables into meat mixture in skillet.
  13. Squeeze potato mixture into 6 mounds on meat mixture to resemble ghosts.
  14. Add 2 of the reserved peas to each for the eyes.
