Healthy Smoothie

  1. Blend in 1 cup of milk along with the 1/4 pineapple and 1 banana.
  2. Add in 1/4 celery, 1/4 cucumber and 3 tablespoons of avocoto and blend.
  3. Then add in a teaspoon cinnamon and a tablespoon of peanut butter and blend it for one last time.
  4. Enjoy!
