CAbi Corn Dip
- 2 cans Mexi-Corn (11 Oz. Cans)
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (light Works Great, Too)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Open and drain the corn.
- Put it into a serving bowl.
- Mix in the lime juice, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and shredded cheese.
- Add some salt and pepper, to taste.
- If you want some additional kick, add some hot peppers!
