Great Cake

• 1 pound butter
• 1 pound flour, all-purpose
• 58 pounds sugar white
• 113 pounds currants
• 18 pint rosewater
• 823 large eggs
• 3/16 pounds citron

1. Mix together to make batter and bake in oven for about 45 minutes.
2. Invert and cool.
