Baby Back BBQ Sauce

• 1 cup chipotle chile in adobo
• 10 oranges, juice and zest
• 2 12 cups garlic
• 1 12 cups balsamic vinegar
• 12 cup oil
• 15 cups sweet soy sauce, Indonesian

1. Combine chilies, orange juice and zest, and garlic in processor.
2. Puree till smooth.
3. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
