Chilled Tomato and Tuna Somen Noodles
- 1 bunch Somen noodles
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 dash Chopped green onions
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl with all the ingredients.
- Mix well
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Cook the somen noodles, drain and rinse then cool in ice water.
- Drain, put into a bowl and mix with the well chilled ingredients from Step 2.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and chopped green onions, mix lightly and serve.
