Malted Chocolate Drops
- 23 cup butter or 23 cup margarine
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup cocoa
- 1 cup chocolate instant malted milk powder
- 14 cup water
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla,mix well.
- Sift together flour,baking powder,salt,cocoa amd malted milk powder.
- Add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
- Fold in nuts.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Drop teaspoons of dough 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 about 12 minutes.
- Remove cookies and cool on wire rack.
