Michael Ledsome's Creamy Chicken Dish
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup (i use cambels)
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups boil-in-the-bag rice (I use success rice)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
- place in bottom of glass (pyrex) bowl.
- season chicken w salt n pap.
- Place peas on top of chicken.
- put cream of mushroom on top of peas.
- cover 3/4 of bowl with tin foil.
- place in 350 degrees oven.
- Cook for 90 minutes.
