Recipe: Bamboo

• 1 1/2 ounces sherry
• 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Dash Angostura bitters

1. Stir the sherry and vermouth with the ice cubes in a mixing glass.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.Add a dash of bitters.
