Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 23 cup sugar
- 13 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 12 cup butter, softened (1stick)
- 13 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 cups tops brand friendly harvest original cereal (Life cereal can be used)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat sugars, butter and peanut butter until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
- Combine flour and baking soda.
- Add to butter mixture; mix well.
- Add cereal and chocolate chips; mix well.
- Drop by level tablespoons 1 1/2-inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Let stand 1 minute before removing to racks to cool.
