Chogochujang Korean Vinegar Red Chili Miso Sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Coarsely ground red chilli
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1/3 tsp Juice from grated ginger
- 3 tbsp Homemade gochujang
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2- tablespoons Mirin
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1/3 tsp Juice from grated ginger
- 1 Salt
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (shop-bought)
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Coarsely powdered chilli (Korean)
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1/3 tsp Juice from grated ginger
- For each recipe, just combine the , and ingredients.
- Before serving add some lemon juice to refresh the taste.
