Chicken 'n Waffle Bites
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- 1 pkg. (10.9 oz.) frozen mini waffles, lightly toasted, separated
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh chives
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed on package.
- Bake 12 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Spread each waffle with scant 1 tsp.
- cream cheese spread; top with 1 chicken piece, a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of chives.
- Insert pick to secure.
- Serve warm.
