East 9th Street Recipe sgordon
- 3 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Canton's Ginger Liqueur
- Bitters
- Decent quality dry to very-dry sake
- Ice
- Lime wedge
- Place Rye & Cantons into shaker with one or two ice cubes
- Shake until your hands are cold
- Strain into Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
- Fill remainder of glass with sake and top with two to three dashes bitters.
- Give a quick stir.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
- Drink very slow.
- Its potent.
