East 9th Street Recipe sgordon

  1. Place Rye & Cantons into shaker with one or two ice cubes
  2. Shake until your hands are cold
  3. Strain into Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
  4. Fill remainder of glass with sake and top with two to three dashes bitters.
  5. Give a quick stir.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.
  7. Drink very slow.
  8. Its potent.
