Sausage & Peppers Skillet

  1. Slice onions, garlic & peppers, making sure to clean out seeds.
  2. Add oil to skillet & saute on med to med low
  3. Now while that cooks, you need to get the pasta started.
  4. I salt my water to prevent sticking.
  5. Also, slice up the chicken & sausage.
  6. Don't forget to occasionally stir the onion & peppers!
  7. !
  8. Now add the meats to the peppers & enjoy the heavenly aroma!
  9. Heat can be raised to med-med/high.
  10. U need that chicken cooked thoroughly!
  11. Once pasta is boiling & almost done, scoop out the water (unless you decide to use broth!)
  12. Pour desired amount into a bowl with bullion cubes & mash until dissolved.
  13. Add to skillet with meat & peppers.
  14. Add the heavy cream to skillet & stir to blend well.
  15. Then add parsley.
  16. This will thicken slightly
  17. Drain pasta & add to skillet.
  18. Gently toss & fold in.
  19. Once served, you may add the tomatoes but I chose to leave those out.
  20. Enjoy!!
