Holiday Brunch
- 12 eggs
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
- 1.
- Brown sausage, peppers and onion.
- 2.
- Press biscuits into a 9x13x2-inch pan, covering the bottom.
- 3.
- Scramble eggs in a large bowl.
- 4.
- Add cheese and sausage mixture.
- 5.
- Mix together well and pour on top of biscuits.
- 6.
- Place in preheated 350F oven for 30-40 minutes, until eggs are set.
