Dole Lemon Chicken Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 c. juice.
  2. Combine pineapple, juice, and next 9 ingredients together.
  3. Place chicken in a 3 qt shallow casserole dish.
  4. Pour pineapple mix over.
  5. Cover and chill overnight or possibly at least for 1 hour.
  6. Remove chicken from dish.
  7. Pour marinade into saucepan.
  8. Stir in cornstarch.
  9. Cook till sauce boils and thickens.
  10. Brush sauce over chicken.
  11. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min.
  12. Serves 4.
