Snickerdoodles Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- Dash of salt
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Mix butter, sugar and Large eggs thoroughly.
- Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
- Mix well and refrigerateso the dough can roll into a walnut-size easily.
- Roll the ball and cover with cinnamon and sugar mix and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake till light brown and soft.
- Bake at 375 degrees usually 8 to 10 min.
- I usually use self-rising flour in place of the salt and soda.
