Snickerdoodles Recipe

  1. Mix butter, sugar and Large eggs thoroughly.
  2. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
  3. Mix well and refrigerateso the dough can roll into a walnut-size easily.
  4. Roll the ball and cover with cinnamon and sugar mix and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake till light brown and soft.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees usually 8 to 10 min.
  7. I usually use self-rising flour in place of the salt and soda.
