Chicken Pot Pie Low Cholesterol Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Beat nonfat dry lowfat milk and flour with water till smooth.
  3. Add in salt, tarragon, parsley and pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix thickens.
  5. Fold in chicken and vegetables.
  6. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  7. Cover with Pastry Crust or possibly Mashed Potato Topping.

  9. Bake 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  10. Fold in chicken and vegetables.
