Spicy Beef Satay Burgers

  1. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, peanut butter, onion, garlic, coriander and cumin, mix well.
  2. Form into 4 patties, brush grill with oil and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Slice the rolls in half, drizzle bases with half the combined mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce and top with lettuce, burgers, peppers and onion.
  4. Drizzle with remaining mayonnaise, replace the bread lids and serve immediately.
