Raspberry-Pomegranate Jellies

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over water in small bowl; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
  3. Gradually whisk in juice and unflavored gelatine until blended.
  4. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  7. Pour into 9- by 5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  9. Unmold.
  10. Cut into 24 pieces.
  11. Coat with remaining sugar just before serving.
