Taco Soup Recipe
- 3 cans kidney beans
- 3 cans tomato soup (Campbells)
- 4 cans vegetable soup
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef, browned
- 1 onion, minced & cooked with ham
- 1 quart. tomato juice or possibly 1 quart. tomatoes, pureed
- 1 pt. Pace picante sauce
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 can green chili (opt.)
- Serve over chips with grated cheese and lowfat sour cream.
