Red Bean Chili

  1. Season meat with adobo.
  2. Brown in hot oil in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.
  3. Add onions, peppers and garlic; cook 5 min.
  4. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in chili powder and cumin; cook 2 min.
  6. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  7. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve topped with cheese.
