Bexar Chili Recipe
- 2 lb Grnd meat
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 15 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 1 quart Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Brown the meat slowly in the oil.
- Add in the tomato sauce and water, and simmer for one hour.
- Add in the chili pwdr and salt and simmer for a half hour.
- Serve in bowls.
