Crispy fried chicken
- 1 large egg
- 4-5 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 600 grams chicken
- to taste Spices and salt (as per your choice)
- For marinade: Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic paste and spices for about 10-15 mins
- Prepare three different dishes: 1 with all purpose flour with cornstarch 2 with beaten egg with salt and spices(optiinal) 3 with seasoned all purpose flour
- Put oil in skillet for frying
- One by one roll the chicken pieces in seasoned flour then egg then flour with cornstarch Seasoned flour->egg->cornstarch flour
- Fry each piece in oil on low flame for about 5-7 mins (depending upon size)
- After they turn golden brown turn them out of oil and put on blotting paper.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or dip of your choice.
