Chinese Soup with Lettuce and Egg in 5 Minutes

  1. Combine the ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, tear the lettuce and add to the pot.
  3. Combine the ingredients, add to the pot, and thicken the sauce.
  4. While stirring, pour in the beaten egg to the pot a little at a time.
  5. When the egg floats to the surface, remove from heat and add sesame oil.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with shredded nori seaweed.
