JELL-O Mousse-tini

  1. Spread 1 pkg.
  2. of gelatin mix onto large plate.
  3. Moisten rims of 8 (6-oz.)
  4. dessert glasses; dip in gelatin until rims are evenly coated.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Pour unused gelatin into medium bowl.
  7. Add remaining package of gelatin.
  8. Gradually add boiling water, stirring at least 2 min.
  9. with whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  10. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  11. Pour into prepared glasses.
  12. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
