JELL-O Mousse-tini
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, or any flavor
- 2-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup vodka or cold water
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- Spread 1 pkg.
- of gelatin mix onto large plate.
- Moisten rims of 8 (6-oz.)
- dessert glasses; dip in gelatin until rims are evenly coated.
- Set aside.
- Pour unused gelatin into medium bowl.
- Add remaining package of gelatin.
- Gradually add boiling water, stirring at least 2 min.
- with whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into prepared glasses.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
