Cracked Wheat Salad

  1. Mix bulgur and broth in medium bowl.
  2. Let stand 30 min.
  3. ; drain well.
  4. Add onions, parsley and mint; mix well.
  5. Stir in oil, lemon juice and pepper.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
  8. Serve on lettuce-covered plates.
