Simply Balanced Easy Bake Pasta

  1. Lightly spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to manufacturers directions, but cook until the pasta is al dente, meaning its still a little chewy (for most pasta, about 7 minutes).
  3. Drain the pasta and pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.
  6. If the top starts to get golden in color, add aluminum foil to lightly cover.
  7. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
  8. Let the pasta rest a few minutes before serving.
